SeaThrough Boards warrants its products to the original purchaser in the form of a 30-day performance guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly filled out and returned to SeaThrough Boards Limited within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The warranty does not cover products used in competitions, rental or teaching operations.
This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change, or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.
This warranty is void if SeaThrough Boards feels that the purchaser is taking advantage of this policy.
SeaThrough Boards warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from major defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly filled out and returned to SeaThrough Boards within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt;
The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in competition, rental or teaching operations;
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, rigging with other than SeaThrough Boards components, damage caused by improper handling and storage, damage caused by high speed crash or damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship;
This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change, or modification has been made to any part of the equipment;
The warranty for any repaired or replacement equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only.

This is the only warranty we make to you and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for bodily injury or death and for incidental and consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the SeaThrough Boards Limited product covered by the warranty, it does not extend to subsequent purchasers or third parties.
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the warranty specified herein. The duration of any implied warranties are hereby limited to the 1 year duration of our express warranty.
We do not accept any responsibilty for any personal or 3rd party accident and/or injury and/or death caused by individuals using equipment supplied through SeaThrough Boards or any commercial partner.
Products can be returned only if SeaThrough Boards provides a Return Authorization Statement (RAS) in advance. The Return Authorization Statement must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package, or it will be refused.
Send an email to SeaThrough Boards at info@SeaThroughBoards.com for a Return Authorization Statement.
Secure your equipment inside the original shipping box. Fill out the return form. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. The original packing slip must also accompany all returns.
Write your Return Authorization Statement on the Returns Label that came with your Packing Slip. If you do not have a Return Label, just write the Return Authorization Statement on the box next to the shipping address.
Any unauthorized or improperly packaged merchandise will be returned to sender.

SeaThrough Boards reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds SeaThrough Boards Limited has collected in reference to the cancelled products and/or services.

While SeaThrough Boards makes commercially accepted best efforts to maintain the security of customer transactions, its liability in cases of third party theft or misuse is limited to the funds which SeaThrough Boards has already collected in reference to the customer's most recent order.
