The bottom of our boards are made with polycarbonate, a material as clear as glass but very strong and also used for making bullet proof windows! To break the bottom of your board, you really would have to do something extreme!

a UV treated polycarbonate hull for better longevity and a better glide on the water than other materials used in a more classic twin-tip ;

The composite material frame can be customized to your request and is an ideal combination of carbon, kevlar, fiber glass, and epoxy resin on a foam base.

Our boards have been extensively tested and come with one year warranty for peace of mind.

The handmade laying-out of materials, combined with vacuum technic allows an optimum resin to fiber ratio of 45%. The temperature controlled curing improves greatly the mechanical characteristics of the frame.

By nature, the frame has very good rigidity, which helps in the low-end wind range and when jumping.
